Senior Vice President, Operations and Acting SVP and General Manager, Cyber Network Solutions

Terri Walker-Spoonhour is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Alion Science and Technology. In this role, she is responsible for the overall health of Alion’s business portfolio to include program performance, business planning and strategy, program management training and development, performance measurement, and resource management.  She was previously the Senior Vice President of Alion’s Distributed Simulation Group, where  she led a business unit delivering cross-domain network engineering, cyber hardening and operations; modeling and simulation; live, virtual and constructive training; and big data analysis, cloud architecture and integrated Ai to Defense and Civilian agencies and commercial entities.

Terri is also Acting SVP and General Manager of Alion’s Cyber Network Solutions Group. She leads a portfolio of programs and capabilities delivering cross-domain network engineering, cyber hardening and operations; modeling and simulation; live, virtual and constructive training; and big data analysis, cloud architecture and integrated Ai.

Prior to joining Alion, Terri worked for QinetiQ North America, where she was director of Operations in Orlando, Florida, focused on delivering simulation and training solutions. Prior to her engagement at QNA, she worked for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) responsible for their modeling and simulation division and aerospace C4I solutions, serving both domestic and international defense customers and NATO. During her 11-year tenure, she held a number of leadership roles, rising to the position of senior vice president for Operations within that company’s Defense Solutions Group. Earlier in her career, Terri held program and project management positions with companies focused on image generation as well as M&S training services and products, including Quantum3D and Nations, a BTG Company. Terri joined Alion in March 2012.
