Maliek Ferebee is an innovative human capital leader who translates business vision into actions that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. As Chief Human Capital Officer, he is a member of Alion’s executive team, where he provides a unique perspective and appreciation that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset. As a genuine influencer and risk-taker, Maliek thrives on solving complex organizational challenges, translating vision and strategies into actionable value-added goals.
With more than 18 years of experience supporting human capital initiatives, Maliek has worked at multiple government contracting and design engineering companies. His key areas of expertise include: strategic planning and design; organizational development; diversity and inclusion; talent management strategy; risk management; and large-scale program management.
Prior to joining Alion in 2016, Maliek worked for AECOM defining and executing HR strategies to support the enterprise strategy. He led people and change management programs, as well, to meet organizational needs through effective execution of talent acquisition strategies/processes.
Maliek holds a B.S. in Philosophy from the University of Maryland, a Leadership Development Certification from the University of California Los Angeles, and an Executive Development Certification from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School.
