Intelligence and Analysis
We provide highly-skilled engineers and scientists to the National Intelligence Centers for the analysis of foreign hardware and software, as well as the analysis of all-source intelligence data.
THE WARFIGHTER’S CRITICAL EDGE
Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME) is a critical link in understanding foreign threat systems and developing the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) necessary to defeat these threats. FME, together with the analysis of all-source intelligence data such as SIGINT, MASINT, and IMINT, provide the warfighter with the tools and situational awareness needed to prevail on the battlefields of today and tomorrow.
OUR INTELLIGENCE AND ANALYSIS SOLUTIONS
We operate and develop high-tech solutions for FME laboratories such as X-ray Tomography, target and EW signal generators, which provide integrated weapon systems exploitation, enabling analysts to understand the performance of foreign equipment in operational scenarios.
We perform software reverse engineering to understand the operation of the software the drives the performance of modern weapon systems. Hardware and software exploitation together provide a complete picture of a weapon system’s strengths and vulnerabilities.
We deploy our in-depth expertise in both defeating Anti-tamper (AT) technologies and employing them to protect US systems in development. This includes employing a Risk Management Framework (RMF) to balance the level of AT protection against the operational danger should the system be compromised.
EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ANALYSIS
We have the technology to examine software embedded in Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) and similar devices to ensure that they perform only the functions intended and do not have additional and malicious functionality. This capability is critical at a time when such devices may be obtained from foreign suppliers.
ALL SOURCE INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS
We provide analyst with a broad range of expertise allowing us to deliver a comprehensive look at where each piece fits in the puzzle. This enables faster and more accurate decision making in an ever changing environment.
