With a legal practice spanning more than 20 years, Brian Fisher has represented some of the nation’s most prominent defense contractors in the aerospace, intelligence, and information technology industries. His background includes experience in private practice, government service at the Office of Federal Procurement Policy, and as in-house counsel. Immediately prior to joining Alion in April 2014 as Deputy General Counsel, Brian served as general counsel and corporate secretary of Teradata Government Systems LLC (formerly part of NCR Corporation) from 2003-2014. Before practicing law, he worked at a large defense contractor for 12 years, where in his last position, he managed contracts supporting missile programs, surveillance platforms, and USAF flight-line readiness.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science (magna cum laude) in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University, a law degree from New England School of Law, and a Master of Laws (with highest honors) in Government Procurement Law from The George Washington University.
