Click the Search for Jobs link to find the right opportunity for you. Then create a profile to apply for a position. You will need to provide:
- Current Contact Information
- Educational Background
- Work Experience
After you apply
- You will receive an email confirmation
- The recruiter will review your profile
- We will contact you directly if your background matches our hiring needs
Please note, due to volume, we are not able to individually follow up to confirm receipt of submitted information or provide other status updates. Your email confirmation indicates that your application has successfully reached the recruiter or hiring manager.
Our interviewing process varies among business groups, and often from position to position. Your interviews may be:
- By telephone
- One-on-one with the hiring manager or recruiter
- Panel interviews with a group
Applicants who interview with Alion are required to complete an Alion Application for Employment form prior to receiving an offer of employment. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results of your reference check. All candidates selected for hire will be required to authorize a background investigation.
The interviewing team selects the best candidate for the position based on qualifications and years of experience. The selected candidate will be contacted by our recruiters to extend an offer of employment. Candidates who are not selected will be notified by the recruiting staff.
