Who We Are
From recent graduates to former, retired and reserve military personnel, the Alion family comes from a diverse background. We offer a professional work environment where as employee-owners we strive to meet the needs of our customers.
Rewards and Recognition
Alion rewards our employees for their personal achievements. We offer publication bonuses to full-time employees who author an article that is subsequently published in a technical journal. Alion recognizes our employees through our yearly CEO Awards program, service awards and performance-based bonuses as well as employee referral bonuses.
Alion Cares/Community Involvement
Alion Cares, our corporate giving program, was established to centralize, promote and recognize employee involvement in the community as well as manage the company's financial donations to maximize results and awareness.

Across the company, Alion offices participate in team-building activities including annual picnics and holiday gatherings; in addition, some have their own intramural sports teams. We encourage healthy active life styles for all our employees.
