3. How does the interview process work?
You will be contacted by an Alion Human Resources Representative or Recruiter to arrange an interview. An interview will be conducted by the recruiter and the hiring team in the department which you've applied. If necessary, additional interviews may require more than one visit to the office. References will be checked and an employment background check will be conducted at the time the offer of employment is extended.
4. How should I submit my resume?
Please submit your resume online via our Search for Jobs section, using the "Apply Now" button. When you apply online, your resume is sent directly to our recruitment database, which is accessed by human resources and hiring managers at Alion.
5. What is the status of my resume?
After submitting your resume, you will receive an email confirmation. If there is interest in your qualifications for the job opening, an appropriate recruiter will contact you directly.
6. What is the salary range of the position for which I have applied?
Our salaries are industry-competitive. Salaries are determined by the level of skill and years of experience required for the position. More information on compensation can be obtained at the time of the interview.
7. Does Alion accept unsolicited resumes?
We want to make sure that you are applying for a position that meets your qualifications and interests. We ask that you apply to specific open positions for which you'd like to be considered. We only consider an applicant if the individual has applied directly to a specific job opening and has attached a resume.
8. When I submit my resume online, who has access to it?
All resumes received by Alion are considered confidential and are evaluated only by Alion recruiters and the hiring managers.
9. Who is eligible to participate in the Alion Science and Technology Corporation Employee Ownership, Savings and Investment Plan ("Alion KSOP")?
