Alion is committed to providing employees with the skills, training, and certifications to grow their careers, because we know that it can be hard to find the time or money to attend courses. That’s why our Alion University combines instructor-led learning opportunities with a state-of-the-art online learning portal to grant employees access to thousands of free courses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our education assistance program can be used for both degree and certificate coursework as well as for training on specific software, methodologies, or other job-related topics. While many tuition assistance programs provide reimbursement after course completion, our program provides funding upfront so that all interested employees are able to take advantage of this benefit.
I joined Alion 35 years ago as an Electrical Engineer and became a specialist in RF Spectrum Engineering.
